Skybox is a managed service platform. Row9 LLC operates all system functions on behalf of participating schools and athletic programs. End users (athletic directors, staff) interact via email and SMS notifications managed by Row9.

- Contact Information: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of athletic directors, coaches, school administrators, and opposing school contacts provided by participating schools or sourced from publicly available athletic directories.
- Game and Schedule Data: Athletic event details including dates, times, locations, sport types, and opponent information.
- Communication Records: Email and SMS correspondence related to game confirmations, postponements, and operational notifications sent through the Skybox platform.
- Usage Data: System logs, dashboard access records, and interaction data related to the Skybox platform.
- Officials Data: Referee and official assignment data sourced from licensed third-party officiating platforms (e.g., Arbiter Sports) under applicable terms.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or student education records (FERPA-protected data).

- Send game confirmation, postponement, and operational alert communications to athletic directors and school staff
- Provide SMS notifications to consenting recipients regarding athletic event updates

SMS Communications
Skybox sends SMS notifications related to athletic event operations, including game confirmations, postponement alerts, and official assignment notifications. By providing a phone number in connection with Skybox services, you consent to receive these operational messages.

- Participating Schools: Game and confirmation data is shared with the applicable school's athletic staff as part of the service.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data Retention
We retain game records, confirmation logs, and communication data for the duration of each pilot program and for a reasonable period thereafter for audit and compliance purposes. Contact information is retained as long as necessary to provide services to participating schools.

Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Skybox is designed for use by school athletic administrators and staff. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
